The Ad:Venture Project

The Ad:Venture Project helps young businesses grow.

The programme provides fully funded business support to people planning to start a business or existing business in their first 3 years of trading within the Leeds City Region.

Offering a mix of practical advice, coaching, events, academic support, incubation workspace and finance brokerage, Ad:Venture supports businesses with growth ambitions and is generally aimed at businesses who supply to other businesses (B2B).

The Ad:Venture Project at the University of Bradford is managed by the Faculty of Management and Law. As one of a handful of business schools across the world with the coveted triple-crown of accreditations, our teaching and research makes a global impact. Our School of Management is an international leader in business education, research and knowledge transfer, making it an ideal partner to deliver a first class service to businesses engaging with Ad:Venture.

We work with businesses across the Leeds City region in the following areas:

  • Bradford
  • Calderdale
  • Craven
  • Harrogate
  • Kirklees
  • Leeds
  • Selby
  • Wakefield
  • York

Supporting the delivery of the Ad:Venture Project is our established Knowledge Transfer Network which hosts regular free events with topical speakers followed by networking where we can introduce you to like-minded business owners, people who share similar challenges, encouraging you to learn from each other and share best practice.
