Referencing and EndNote

Keeping good records of where you found information for your projects is important to be able to reference sources correctly.

What is Referencing and how to do it?

The Library referencing webpages include full instructions on using the Bradford Harvard Referencing Style for a wide range of different sources.

The Effective Learning Service also have resources to support referencing and have created a Referencing Booklet.

What is EndNote?

EndNote is software which helps you manage your references. It is available as a freely available web version or a desktop version (available on all campus PCs and which you can purchase for your own computer). For more information see the Library's EndNote webpages.

The Library also runs a number of workshops on using EndNote and EndNote web.
