Report a Problem

First check the IT Service Status information (in the right column), as the problem may have already been reported. If it hasn't:

This is the preferred method, as it means we can collect all the details we need initially via the forms and therefore a shorter resolution time is likely.

You can also email or phone ext. 3333 (or 01274 233333 from off campus). However, please note that reporting the problem in this way may mean a longer resolution time.
