The International Year Two (IY2)

The International Year Two (IY2) is equivalent to the second year of a UK undergraduate degree (FHEQ Level 5) and is designed for international students who wish to progress to the final year of a degree at the University of Bradford.

Delivered at the University of Bradford International College (UBIC), the programme combines second-year university subject modules with enhanced academic and English language support to help you succeed in a UK university environment.

Programme Structure

You will follow a curriculum aligned with the BSc Business and Management programme, developing subject knowledge alongside key academic and professional skills. On successful completion, you will progress directly to the final year (FHEQ Level 6) at the University of Bradford.

Tuition Fees

If you are joining a pathway programme at the University of Bradford International College (UBIC), you will first pay your pathway programme fees to our partner, Oxford International. These are listed on the Oxford International website for Bradford pathway programmes.

After you successfully complete your pathway, you will progress to your chosen degree course at the University of Bradford. You will then need to pay the University’s tuition fees for your degree, which are listed on the University of Bradford tuition fees page.
