Professor Clive Kay (2018)
Clive was appointed to the position of Chief Executive of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in January 2015, having served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from September 2014. Prior to this he served as Medical Director in the Trust from 2006, and was appointed as a Consultant Radiologist in 1998. Clive became the Responsible Officer for the Foundation Trust in 2011 and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive in 2013. Prior to coming to Bradford, he spent three years at the Medical University of South Carolina as Associate Visiting Professor. Clive was the Lead Clinician for the Western West Yorkshire Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Centre between 2001 and 2010.
Clive is the immediate past Chairman of the Royal College of Radiologists' Scientific Programme Committee, past Elected Member of Council of the Royal College of Radiologists and is currently a Member of the Editorial Board of Clinical Radiology. Clive is an immediate past Member of the Professional Support and Standards Board of the Royal College of Radiologists. He is a past President of the British Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. He is an Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of Bradford.
