Emma is responsible for promoting and enhancing the reputation of the University by leading, developing and delivering strategies which build the brand and raise awareness about the University’s activities and impact in order to recruit students and forge relationships.

She oversees Student Marketing (national, international, product marketing, CRM) Content (design, video, images, print, copywriting, web, social, brand) Digital Marketing Channels (website, social, SEO, PPC) Market Insight (NPD, product, student behaviour) CRM (customer relationship management and recruitment support), Research and Business Marketing and Corporate Communications (Media Relations, Internal Communications).
