Completed Projects

We have several completed projects on site which have taken place in the last decade. The University is dedicated to building sustainably by adhering to the University's Sustainability Specification projects which have been completed on site.

Faculty of Health Studies  - Newly refurbished and extended "gateway" to the City Campus.

Emm Lane Building - Winner of the RICS Pro-Yorkshire Awards.

Student Central - Home of the Student's Union and the heart of student activity at the University.

Horton D Recladding - External over-cladding, window replacement and curtain walling to Horton D 'Laboratory Wing' and main staircase.

SEC - The re:centre in the Bright Building achieved the world's highest ever pre-construction BREEAM (external link) rating of 94.95% at award.

Halls Demolitions - Demolition of Kirkstone, Bradford and University Halls.

GLEE (JBP Refurb) - Radically improved learning environment and bright, sustainable space.

STEM Building - BREEAM Outstanding Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) Building which provides an inspirational learning space with high quality laboratory facilities.

Toilet Refurbishments - The University has initiated an ongoing campus-wide toilet refurbishment to update old, energy inefficient and unpleasant toilets.
