Estates and Facilities Department
The Department of Estates and Facilities provides and cares for the buildings and estate infrastructure of the University of Bradford. Our service areas are shown in the panel to the left, where information about what we provide and contact details can be found.
Our role includes the procurement of new and refurbished facilities, long term, planned and reactive maintenance, energy and environmental management, property and space management, cleaning, portering, post, transport, audio visual services, car parking and security, and we have our own health and safety support.
Day to day services can be accessed and requested using E&F ServiceNow or calling extension 3001. We welcome information on faults and maintenance items, which should also be reported to Helpdesk.
The aim of our site is to provide stakeholders with user-friendly information about the Department of Estates and Facilities. If you have any questions or comments on the services we provide, including suggestions on how these might be improved, we would like to hear from you so please either email us your feedback or contact the relevant Managers detailed on this site. Emails to our feedback mailbox go directly to the senior staff of the Department, who will respond appropriately.
