Equality and diversity training

Diversity in the Workplace e-learning module

The Diversity in the Workplace (e-learning) is mandatory training for all employees at the University of Bradford. All employees are required to complete the new version of the module, and to undertake a refresher every two years.

The module aligns with the Equality Act 2010 which introduced general and specific equality duties we must legally comply with. As one of the University’s four strategic objectives, it is important that we all aware of and understand how to promote equality and diversity and challenge inequality in order to ensure we provide a safe and welcoming working and learning environment.

Unconscious Bias e-learning module

The Unconscious Bias (e-learning) is also mandatory available to all employees. It aims to aid the understanding of the implications of the natural biases we all hold.
