How to get help if you need it

These are strange and disconcerting times for all of us and it’s normal to be experiencing feelings of worry, distress and panic. If you are worried, then please do get in touch with us.

Our Wellbeing information and guidance continues to be updated and refreshed, so please do take the opportunity to see what support is available, and please remember to look after your health and wellbeing. 

There is telephone help and support available via our Counselling and Mental Health Service. The service is open 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday. Please email counselling@bradford.ac.uk or mhadvice@bradford.ac.uk or register directly.
