Procurement terms and conditions

Unless otherwise already expressly agreed between the University of Bradford (UoB) and the Supplier, the following Conditions of Contract will apply to the purchase order (PO) based on the subject matter of the purchase. In the case of any doubt, the University will have the final say in determining the most appropriate terms to apply to the PO in question.

Purchase of basic goods and associated services applicable to purchase order and/or contract.
