Publicity and Promotional Activity

The University is responsible for the accuracy of all public information relating to programmes delivered in its name through partnership arrangements.

A programme may only be advertised by a partner following academic approval and with a signed contract in place.

All publicity materials relating to the University and its programmes, in whatever format, must follow University brand guidelines, must be accurate and must be approved by the University before publication.

Partners are expected to work closely with the University in the production of public information, especially prospectuses which contain a considerable volume of very detailed information.

Information about corporate style and use of the University logo is available in the University Brand Guidelines (University username and password required).

Publicity materials should be submitted to the Academic Quality and Partnerships Office for inspection and approval prior to publication.
