Academic Misconduct, Appeals and Complaints

The University has developed a document called “What is Academic Misconduct?

Partner organisations should draw student’s attention to this document on a regular basis within lectures and tutorials. This document should also be included on the partner’s web site and within student handbooks.

The regulations and procedures for Academic Misconduct, Appeals and Complaints apply equally for partner organisations as they do for the University. Any proposed amendments to these procedures must be approved via the Complaints and Appeals Manager of the University prior to implementation.

The regulations should be made available to University of Bradford students on the partner organisation’s website and included in each handbook provided to students, both hard copy and web-based. A copy of the student handbook, and the link to the web-based version of this document, should be sent to the Academic Quality and Partnerships Office at the University of Bradford on an annual basis.
