Transcripts

An academic transcript is an official document which confirms your academic progress at the University.

Your transcript includes details of all the modules you have taken in each year of study (i.e. module titles, the number of credits associated with each module and your marks achieved), the classification of your award and the date of conferment.

Certificates

Certified copies of your degree certificate can be purchased on our online store.

If your certificate has been lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement can be purchased from our online store subject to verification of your identity.

Following purchase, please verify your identity by providing a scan of your photo ID and provide a digital copy of your certificate by email.

Your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)

Your HEAR is a new kind of transcript that is comprehensive and online, helping you show employers the full story of your studies and your skill development.

It is a record of your achievements that you built up during your time at Bradford and includes information about the programme you studied, your final degree award, your modules of study and results and any other university recognised achievements.

Verifications

If a third party would like the University to verify an award, this can be provided subject to the receipt of signed consent. A verification will include start and end dates, the award achieved, classification and date of award. Academic verifications are sent by email to the address provided.

Requests for graduates from 2003 onward should be emailed to MyBradford@bradford.ac.uk.

Historic requests for those who graduated before 2003 should be emailed to awards@bradford.ac.uk.
