Our alumni event held in Liverpool's Albert Dock on the 13th June where we had 8 alumni join us!

Our alumni event in Birmingham held on the 28th August 2019 in Birmingham's Bullring mall.

We were joined by 12 of our alumni for a great evening.

On 7th November 2019 we hosted one of our Braduate Connect series talks, which saw us have 8 alumni speakers and over 40 audience members.

Our alumni speakers shared their experiences of graduating and entering the world of work! Their knowledge and experiences were valuable for our audience members, which were students and alumni.

Our alumni dinner held in central Manchester on the 2nd March, 11 alumni joined us for a great dinner and building connections with alumni developing careers in Manchester.

On the 15th May 2019, our team mate Sonia hosted a fantastic alumni gathering in the capital of Germany.

We were joined by 7 alumni and discussions were held on creating a University of Bradford alumni network in Germany.

Our Alumni Event in Madrid was hosted on the 22nd June to engage with members of our Alumni Community in Spain! 

We were joined by 7 of our alumni in central Madrid for an evening of reminiscing and enjoying Spanish cuisine.

Alumni Relations Manager, Jonaid Khan, hosted a dinner in Munich on the 26th June and was joined by 10 alumni for a networking dinner.

Our alumni who graduated from all decades enjoyed coming together and connecting with each other.

Some pieces of alumni memorabilia from the 90's! These include, a student card, library card and a Pickwick's card (classic student bar/nightclub, which was very popular with our alumni in the 90's). The Pickwick's card will be familiar to many of our alumni from the 90's!

On the 2nd July 2019, our Alumni Engagment Officer, Thomas Whitford-Bartle, hosted an event in the Polish capital of Warsaw! 12 alumni joined the networking event in central Warsaw and thoroughly enjoyed networking and sharing memories!

Half of the alumni were from Bradford's partner University in Warsaw, Kozminski University, and studied the joint taught management masters (one year taught by Bradford & one year taught by Kozminski) and the other 6 alumni had studied their batchelors degrees in Bradford.

Our alumni gathering in Lisbon on the 10th July! Our former Director of External Affairs, Mark Garratt, was joined by 5 Portugeuse Alumni for an informal alumni event in the capital.

On the 12th November 2019 our Alumni Community met in Frankfurt for a networking dinner!

At this dinner 14 Bradford Alumni came together, shared memories of studying with the University of Bradford and networked with each other!

Our Brussels Alumni Event was held on the 27th November 2019 and we had 17 alumni join us for an evening of sharing memories and great food & drinks!

Although most of our graduates in attendance were from the 2010's, we were also joined by a couple of our graduates from the early 1970's!

On the 30th November 2019 we met with our alumni in Romania in the capital city and hosted a meal in the city's old town! With 18 alumni joining us for a night of reminiscing and good food & drinks.

Many of our alumni had studied with us over the past 10 years and we also had several Erasmus alumni join us too!

Our alumni travelled from wide and far, with many driving 2-3hrs from other cities in Romania! While one alumnus flew over from London to spend the weekend in Bucharest and attend the event!

The first stop on our tour of the Baltics!

On the 4th February 2020 we hosted an alumni event in Riga, Latvia's capital city! We had the pleasure of being joined by 10 alumni (9 Latvians and 1 half Greek half Lithuanian!). The event was joined by many graduates from between 2007-2012 and most studied management and engineering courses!

The scond stop on our Blatic tour, we hosted an event in Tallinn on the 5th February! We had a great turnout for the event with over 18 multinational alumni gathering for a night of laughter, sharing memories and networking! 

Our event saw us joined by alumni from Greece, Latvia, Italy, Singapore, and of course, Estonia!

A card addressed to the hosts of the Tallinn Alumni gathering on the 5th February 2020! Alumni Engagement Officer, Thomas, and Alumni Ambassador, Kostas, hosted the event in Tallinn and were pleasantly surprised to receive this thank you card from the attendees at the Estonia dinner!

The final stop on our Baltics tour, the Lithuanian Capital of Vilnius! 

On the 6th February 2020 we were joined by 14 alumni for a night of reminiscing and networking! It was excellent to be joined by so many of our graduates from Lithuania, most of whom studied at Bradford between 2007-2015!

On the 13th February in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, our Alumni Ambassador, Alexander Popov, hosted an alumni gathering which involved some good memory sharing, networking, and importantly, some beer and snack food! 

This event was a great example of our Alumni Ambassadors working with us here in the Alumni Office to bring our alumni together! 

On the 18th February our Alumni Relations Manager, Jonaid Khan, hosted an alumni dinner in Paris!

He was joined by 12 alumni for a fantastic networking event in the city of lights! With alumni from various industries coming together to share memories and experiences.

On the 4th March 2020 our Alumni Community in Barcelona gathered together to hold a networking dinner, share memories and connect with each other.

On the 10th March 2020 our Alumni Community across Cyprus met in Nicosia for an alumni netowrking dinner!

In total, 18 Bradford graduates met for a dinner and were able to share memories, re-unite and network with each other.

Most of our alumni had studied at Bradford across the past decade (2010-2018), however, we were also joined by two Cypriot graduates from the late 70's and an English graduate who studied in the mid 90's!

On the 18th June our Egyptian Alumni Community met in Cairo's City Stars Mall for an Alumni Networking Dinner!

We had 21 alumni join that dinner to network, discuss how to form a connected group of Bradford Alumni in Egypt and share memories of Bradford.

On the 23rd June, Professor Zahir Irani (Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic Innovation and Quality) delivered a Masterclass at our Dubai Campus HUB to members of our Alumni Community.

The event was well attended and providede an opportunity for our alumni to continue their learning journey with Bradford and network with fellow graduates.
