For every single aspect of your student life at the University, there is a team of staff whose only role is to support you.

• The Hub - a one-stop-shop for most of our student administration
• Learner Support Services - overseeing all academic services and support available to you on campus
• Career Development Services - where experts can give you impartial careers advice
• Learner Development Unit (LDU) - support with academic, maths and interpersonal skills
• Library - well-stocked libraries and computing facilities, and WiFi on campus
• IT services - including computer and email support and AV loans
• Language support - support for international students
• Admissions Team - support and advice for applicants
• Counselling Service - talk confidentially about any issue causing you concern
• Disability Service - supporting students with disabilities
• International Office - supporting you from your first contact with us through to graduation and beyond
• Financial Support Team - help with student funding and finance: benefits, budgeting and debt advice
• Accommodation Office - support and advice for students living in University-owned accommodation
• Alumni Team - services for alumni including the Braduate magazine and groups and events
• Students' Union (UBU) - for your sports, societies and life outside your studies
• Faith - spiritual advisers and counsellors
