This module aims to develop the knowledge and skills required to design, plan, deliver, assess and evaluate learning activities/ experiences in practice. The module content will cover key theoretical concepts to enhance understanding and provide the underpinning knowledge needed to support the effective design and delivery of learning activities and experiences in practice. At an organisational level, the aim is to consider the wider context and factors influencing the delivery of education and training e.g. policy and strategic challenges at an organisational, regional and national level (e.g. workforce policy and strategy); organisational (learning) culture. The module provides the skills to support your development as a positive role model who can support and supervise members of the multidisciplinary team.
