The aim of this module is to build on the knowledge and skills developed in year one and the previous implementing person centred care module as you critically reflect on the evaluation of care to ensure it is safe, effective and person centred. You will demonstrate principles of evaluating care in relation to biological and psychosocial need, and the escalation of concerns where appropriate. You will evaluate the effectiveness of multidisciplinary teamworking in delivering person centred care, and the importance of duty of candour in incident reporting.
