In this module you will focus on the implementation of effective person centred care, building on the knowledge and skills you learnt in year one. You will critically discuss nursing interventions focusing on your field of nursing and relevant safe effective nursing care. Patient safety will be a key priority as you anticipate risk and complications with reference to working in partnership with people to achieve optimal health outcomes.
