The aim of this module is to support and develop your leadership potential. This will be achieved by exploring how nurses apply principles of responsibility and accountability alongside the regulatory requirements of nursing practice. You will learn about nursing theory and models of leadership in organisational cultures, nursing communication in teams, and the optimisation of care.
