With a comprehensive library collection at the heart of the city campus and one housed within the purpose-built new MBA suite at the School of Management, one of the best PC-to-student ratios around, free access to the campus network from all bedrooms in University-owned Halls of Residence and a large number of wireless hotspots, plus a dedicated Graduate School, Bradford postgraduate students have all the information they need to succeed at their fingertips.
Learner Support Services (LSS)

IT, 24/7
- If you have your own laptop or Smartphone you can connect to the University network wirelessly from all the libraries, foyers and social spaces of our major buildings
- You can also plug your laptop in to charge while you work.
- We can supply free or very cheap software as well as free anti-virus software for your own computer.
- PCs in the library are available 24 hours a day Monday-Thursday during term-times and normally until 9pm Friday-Sunday.
- PCs are also available in the Atrium area of the Richmond Building, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
- A PC Cluster is located in Student Central, and opening times will normally coincide with library opening times.
- All University-owned halls are equipped with a high-speed broadband-style network which is free to students.
- You can access the campus network from every bedroom in halls as well as most staffrooms, lecture rooms and laboratories.
- A 24-hour telephone answering service is available to help you solve a wide range of common IT problems.
- There is IT assistance in the library, and also via email or phone if you are off campus
