Course Introduction

The MBA is an integrative programme designed for those seeking high-level careers in management, whether specialists, seeking to widen their understanding and perspective or senior managers wishing to take that extra step up the ladder to the top. Our Executive MBA in Dubai, one of the longest-running in the Middle East, is based in the Knowledge Village and attracts some of the region’s most up and coming business people.

It is a two and a half year part-time programme, focused on managers who want to develop their already successful career through the knowledge and experience gained from studying at a highly ranked global business school.

The programme is taught in blocks every five to six weeks, allowing for time to focus on progressing in your current role.

Course Syllabus

All our MBA programmes are made up of three stages

Core modules – designed to help you get back in to learning and provide fundamental knowledge of management principles and theory
Elective modules – provide an in-depth understanding of specialist topics that are essential and relevant to the contemporary commercial world. Students choose those that are of most interest or greatest career benefit
Management project – enables you to put the knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme to practical use on a relevant management issue

Teaching is in blocks of three days every 5-6 weeks using a variety of learning and teaching approaches, including lectures, case analysis, group work, individual and group problem solving research. Assessment is typically through a blend of assignments and examinations.
