Course Introduction

The labour market is going through a time of immense change and this programme will prepare and enable students to cope with these changes, so that they are able to progress and develop their graduate careers.  The Association of Graduate Recruiters says that as employers freeze or decrease recruitment now is the time for graduates to really be able to build their own career paths.

This programme is specifically aimed at graduates who are new to or yet to enter the labour market or have entered the workplace and are now facing displacement or redundancy.

The programme will cover two main areas of employability and entrepreneurship, integrated with a work based learning opportunity.

The course aims to provide you with a range of employability and enterprise skills coupled with real work experience. These experiences will enable you to compete confidently and develop in the increasingly changing workplace.

You will have the chance to progress on to a Masters programme in your chosen field or the MA/MSc Professional Studies.
