Course Introduction

A course designed to meet the needs of managers or aspiring managers in social care organisations. Assessment is directly related to your practice as a manager and enables you to enhance your leadership and management skills, whilst working in a social care environment.

Students may top up to a BSc (Hons) level from the FdSc through a further 18 months of part-time study, or one year of full-time study.
