It enhanced my understanding of the skills required to create global leaders "My overall career objective is to become a key executive in a company in Latin America. I want to be someone who possesses the ability to communicate with foreign counterparts and facilitate international cooperation through corporate culture. "In that sense, the School of Management provides the major foundations to explore today's problems and issues in the international environment and helps to develop communication skills across different nationalities and points of view, as well as negotiation and team-building skills.
