Funding, awards and scholarships
Postgraduate education requires a substantial investment from the student in terms of academic effort and financial resources. Before beginning your studies with us, you should ensure that you have sufficient financial resources to meet your commitments in terms of tuition fees study materials and living expenses for the duration of your course. Responsibility for arranging and securing sufficient funds must lie with the student.
MBA scholarships
For the academic year 2011/12 the following MBA scholarships are available:
- 5 scholarships of £5,000 each to be awarded on merit for September entry of Full-time and Executive Part-time MBA
- 2 scholarships of £5,000 each to be awarded on merit for January entry of Accelerated and Executive Part-time MBA
In addition, there are now an extra 10 scholarships of £2,500 each to be awarded on merit for both September and January entry of the Full-time, Accelerated and Executive Part-time MBA.

University scholarships
Each year, the University awards a small number of scholarships to self-funded international students who, in their applications for postgraduate study, demonstrate outstanding academic merit. Appropriate recipients are identified within the University from amongst all eligible applicants, which procedure is administered by the University's International Office.
