Undergraduate fees

Undergraduate students apply to the University of Bradford through UCAS. More information about fees and funding can be found on the University of Bradford website.

Our 2012/13 undergraduate fees for our BSc, BA, LLB and the MBus courses all are:

£9,000 for UK/EU students
£11,000 for Overseas students

2012/13 fees for the Graduate Diploma in Law are:

£5,800 for UK/EU students
£11,000 for Overseas students

Postgraduate education requires a substantial investment from the student in terms of academic effort and financial resources. Before beginning your studies with us, you should ensure that you have sufficient financial resources to meet your commitments in terms of tuition fees, study materials and living expenses for the duration of your course. Responsibility for arranging and securing sufficient funds must lie with the student. However, we can help you make a business case to your employer or another funder for sponsorship or funding.

Payment Plans

Fees may be paid in one of two ways:
1. In full at enrolment, benefiting from a discount of 3% OR
2. 50% at enrolment, also benefiting from 3% discount, followed by EITHER
  1. two further equal payments in January and March, OR
  2. four further equal payments in December to March

Early payment of £2,000 deposit secures a fee discount on full-time MSc programmes, as follows:
- discount of £1,000 where deposit paid by 30 April (for September entry) or 31 July (for January entry)
- discount of £500 where deposit paid by 30 June (for September entry) or 30 September (for January entry)

MBA fees for 2012/13

The fees and payment plans differ depending on the mode of study and location of each programme.

+FULL-TIME MBA in the UK

The fee for the Full-time MBA in the UK for 2012/13 is £22,450.

Other expenses, including food and accommodation, will typically cost you between £400 and £700 per month to live in Bradford.

Fees may be paid in one of two ways:

In full at enrolment, benefiting from a discount of 3% OR
50% at enrolment, also benefiting from 3% discount, followed by EITHER
- two further equal payments in January and March, OR
- four further equal payments in December to March

Applicants electing to pay a deposit of £2,000 by

30^th April will qualify for a fee discount of £1,000 OR BY
30^th June will qualify for a fee discount of £500

Note deposits are non-refundable.

+ACCELERATED MBA

The fee for the Accelerated MBA in the UK is £24,950.

Other expenses, including food and accommodation, will typically cost you between £400 and £700 per month to live in Bradford. Accommodation is available for Accelerated MBA students in our Heaton Mount suite, at a cost of £100 per week.

Fees may be paid in one of two ways:

In full at enrolment, benefiting from a discount of 3% OR
50% at enrolment, also benefiting from 3% discount, followed by EITHER
- two further equal payments in April and June, OR
- four further equal payments in March to June

Applicants electing to pay a deposit of £2,000 by

31^st July will qualify for a fee discount of £1,000 OR BY
30^th September will qualify for a fee discount of £500

Note deposits are non-refundable.

+FULL-TIME MBA in ITALY

The fee for the Full-time MBA in Italy in 2012/13 is £22,000

Other expenses, including food and accommodation, will typically cost you between £400 and £700 per month to live in Perugia, Italy.

Fees may be paid in one of two ways:

In full at enrolment, benefiting from a discount of 3% OR
50% at enrolment, also benefiting from 3% discount, followed by EITHER
1. two further equal payments in January and March, OR
2. four further equal payments in December to March

Applicants electing to pay a deposit of £2,000 by

30^th April will qualify for a fee discount of £1,000 OR BY
30^th June will qualify for a fee discount of £500

Note deposits are non refundable.

+EXECUTIVE MBA in the UK

The fee for the Executive MBA in the UK starting in September 2012 is £26,500. The fee includes:

1:1 coaching and Personal Development Planning
Course materials and text books
Access to university library (on/off line) resource
Access to the School Effective Learning Service
International study trip (excl. flights)

As well as:

Orientation weekend including overnight accommodation (2 nights)
Full catering for each day of teaching

Fees may be paid in one of two ways:

For self funders - Deposit of £2,000 followed by 20 equal payments starting in November OR
For sponsored students – Deposit of £2,000 followed by 50% remaining fee in September 2012 and 50% in September 2013.

Overnight accommodation at Heaton Mount is available at the preferential rate of £50 per night, bed and breakfast, for students choosing to stay overnight during the course

+EXECUTIVE MBA in DUBAI

The fee for the Executive MBA in Dubai starting in September 2012 is £16,000

Fees may be paid in one of two ways:

Deposit of £1,000 followed by 20 equal payments starting in November OR
50% of each year’s fees at enrolment in years 1 and 2, benefiting from 3% discount, followed by EITHER
1. two further equal payments in January and March, OR
2. four further equal payments in December to March

Applicants paying their deposit of £1,000 by

30^th April will qualify for a fee discount of £750 OR BY
30^th June will qualify for a fee discount of £450

+EXECUTIVE MBA in Manila

The fee for the Executive MBA in Manila is £14,000

Fees are paid by eight equal quarterly payments:

+Distance Learning MBA

The fee for the Distance Learning MBA is

£12,950 to start in April or July 2012
£13,500 to start in September 2012-July 2013

Fees are normally paid by eight equal quarterly payments over a 2 year period.

If you are studying in America or Canada fees are paid via 21 equal installments over a 2 year period.

Fees cover: module specific study books, module textbooks, module tutor support, complete access to all on-line resources, effective learning support, careers support, attendance at up to 3 block electives at the School of Management or a partner institution, project supervision.

Fees do not include: travel and subsistence expenses (e.g. accommodation and meals) incurred if you travel to the School of Management or any of our partner institutes for a block module (or for other reasons), overseas examination arrangements, general administrative expenses (e.g. stationary, telephone calls, internet access, additional books).

PhD Fees

2012/3 Overseas fee

Full-time: £12,100

DBA Fees

£38,000 payable over 4 years as follows:

Year one £12,000

An annual continuation fee (approximately £3,800) applies for each year after year 4

The DBA tuition fees cover the cost of lectures, tutorials, assessments, examinations and supervision. It does not cover travel, accommodation, books, printing or thesis binding.
