Management Training Programmes: In-Company Integrated Programmes

Executive Education - Students talking

Our in-company, integrated management training programmes provide bespoke solutions for today's challenges. Spread over a six to 12 month period, a typical in-company integrated programme will last between 10 and 20 days.

These management training programmes are customised to the needs of individual client organizations in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

We can meet any objective, from fast-tracking high flyers and focusing on specific issues facing the organization, to developing a holistic approach to integrated management training and development.

Clients include:

NHS Bradford and Airedale Primary Healthcare Trust - working with the top 200 managers, from board to frontline. This integrated programme focused on leadership, operational processes, customer segmentation and focus, financial decision making, change management and strategic thinking.

Arena Group - integrated management development programme covering key management disciplines for a 22-strong management team.

City of Bradford Metropolitan Council - focusing on the post recession environment, preparing directors and assistant directors to navigate the challenges ahead. This integrated programme focused on leadership and coaching, systems thinking, marketing communications, programme management and capital budgeting.

IPT (Industry and Parliament Trust) -this integrated initiative was a marketing programme for MPs, delivered over a three-month period and focusing on the application of commercial marketing skills within constituencies.

See Case Histories for further details about our work with these clients.
