About 10 Minutes With
10 Minutes With is an educational website, designed for students of universities and business schools. Every week interviews are held with senior directors in various roles where they are asked to explain their jobs and day-to-day activities in exactly 10 minutes. The interviews help students understand the true nature of different roles and skills they require before launching specific career paths. Quite simply, 10 Minutes With helps students understand what working in a particular function would look like.
Online numeracy and verbal reasoning tests
Many recruiters now use ability testing as part of their recruitment process, be prepared and practice before you encounter the real thing!
The University Careers Service has bought the licence for students to practice the KENEXA online tests (verbal and numerical online tests).
If you want to have the opportunity to practice these tests, please email Roy Christian at R.Christian@bradford.ac.uk. Please state your full name, gender, your course title and year(1st /2nd /3rd/4th or postgraduate and your UoB number. This service is only open to current students of the university.

The Times 100 Careers Guide
The Times 100 Careers Guide is a resource for both students and careers Advisors on the latest opportunities within innovative companies from various sectors.
The guide's purpose is to provide an overview of the business, featuring where and how to apply for a wide selection of positions at different levels. It shows at a glance where particular opportunities are available for comparison and makes it easy for students to see what options are on offer.
