Big Bradford Reunion
Saturday 11th September 2010 from 11am - 5.30pm
Alumni from the School of Management are invited to join the Big Bradford Reunion, this is being organized for graduates of all years to come along and preview the new Student Central (was the Commie Building) before it is officially opened.
The reunion is taking place on Saturday 11th September 2010 from 11am - 5.30pm, it will be a great day when you can catch up with old friends, have tours of Student Central and the main campus, and look around the exhibitions and stands. We will be providing a free curry lunch (limited places), Ramair will be presenting a special request show, and there will be entertainment from sports and societies.
The Graduates' Association AGM will also take place on the same day giving you the opportunity to become involved as Executive or Co-opted members of the Association.
The headline speaker at the reunion will be renowned entrepreneur, Rob Wilmot, an EIMC graduate who co-founded internet giant Freeserve. Rob has recently received an Honorary Doctorate from the University.
A visit to the School of Management is also being organized when you will get the chance to have a tour of the facilities recently officially opened by Sir Ken Morrison and the opportunity to meet the new Dean of the School, Dr Sara Dixon, who joins on September 1st 2010. Lunch will be served at the school; you must book a reunion ticket to have lunch with us.
Transport will be organized to bring alumni from the city campus to the school for 1pm, our activities will take place between 1 and 2.30/ 3pm when transport will be organized to take alumni back to the city campus for the headline speaker. If you wish to come straight to the school, we will be open to alumni from 12pm and activities at the school will close at 3pm
