Joao has recently successfully completed his Ph.D. in
the Rotterdam School of Management. Before undertaking his doctoral degree,
he worked as a corporate banking analyst, consultant and lecturer in Brazil.
His main interests are closed-loop supply chains and sustainable supply
chains. His current research focuses on:

Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (University of Brazil). Accepted for master degree program in Operations Research. Awarded a CNPq Fellowship from the Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology, February 2000.
