Lauren is a human resources professional with many years of experience gained in a range of organisations and industries. Before deciding to pursue her own business she was Director or a successful HR consultancy where she undertook a number of large projects in both the private and public sector, including large organisational restructure and redundancy assignments and complex change programmes.
Lauren has a strong track record in management development and training and has designed and implemented a number of programmes for managers and directors. Fully qualified in the application and interpretation of occupational psychometrics, she has also worked with management teams at all levels to develop their capabilities and effectiveness at working together.
Lauren completed her people development qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in 1998 and is now a Chartered Fellow. She has also achieved a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development and currently owns and manages an organisation that provides employee wellbeing solutions and HR consultancy.
