E-mail Support Group

This electronic discussion list is specifically for members of staff using MS Office Professional. The main purpose of the list is to encourage discussion between departments as to how the software can best be used to meet their needs. Subscribers can find out how other departments are using their software packages and share good practice, tips and tricks.

Microsoft Office is supported by the IT Training Team (Cath Rose and Elaine Smith) who are pleased to offer their advice, but it is you who:

• meets the day to day problems associated with office administration.
• has a clear understanding of how the information needs to be presented.
• can help others.

So, if you have any problems, need advice on which package to use, or just want to get something off your chest, subscribe to the list and send your message. By sharing experiences you could save lots of time and effort.
