Notes for presenters
We are looking forward to a very interesting day.
Please note the following final details:
- Please bring your presentation materials on cdrom or memory stick (and make sure there is a backup copy on the M Drive just in case of any technical problems). There may be difficulties with any other formats. We shall ask for a copy after the conference to put on the website.
- If you are delivering a paper: please keep your presentation to 25 minutes maximum to allow for questions and discussion.
- If you are offering a workshop: please make sure that the whole activity does not exceed 50 minutes.
- Your session will be chaired by someone from TQEG who will introduce the session and act as timekeeper.
- Please make sure that you have informed us of all of your needs in terms of equipment and facilities.
- If you have a handout, please bring 20 copies.
- Posters presentations (A1/A2/A3) should be self-explanatory, presenters will be expected to be available to discuss their work during breaks for coffee/lunch etc. It is important that a poster has a significant graphic component and not just text.
