This item is the travel notebook of an un-named Independent Labour Party member who took part in a tour of the USSR in 1932, visiting Leningrad, Moscow and Kiev. The notebook contains notes on the tour, a brief history of the country, and comments and descriptions of conditions under the Five Year Plan. It is illustrated with photographs and postcards.
