University of Bradford >> Library >> Distance Learning >> Distance Learning Postal Request Form
Students on eligible distance learning courses can request postal loans of books that are held in stock via this request form.
The postal loan service is free but you will be required to pay the return postage. Please ensure the safe return of the item back to the library before the date it is due back (you will find this on the date label).
Postal loans are for 4 weeks in the first instance. If you renew a postal loan item, the loan period will be extended by either 1 week or 4 weeks depending on the book's original loan period.
Please check the Library Catalogue before submitting a request to make sure that the item is in stock. If it is not in stock, please contact the Distance Learning Librarian.
If the item is currently on loan DO NOT reserve it unless you wish to collect it from the Library yourself. If you wish to collect items from the Library, please do not use the postal loan service.
The Library will endeavour to post this item out to you. However, please check your emails for any messages regarding this request. Some items cannot be posted out of the Library; posting of items to all countries is not guaranteed.
