Entry Requirements

Bachelor's/Undergraduate Study

Bradford welcomes students of the Certificado de fim de Estudos Secundarios as well as the Diploma Tecnico Profissional from Escolas Profissionais to apply for 1st year of a degree programme. Students of the Bacharel / Bachelerato can be considered for advanced entry.

Foundation Year Programmes

Bradford provides a wide variety of course specific and English language Foundation Year Programmes, to enable you to enter the degree of your choice. These programmes may be suitable for students who have been out of education for a while or need a preparation/conversion year to gain entry to the bachelor degree of their choice.

Master's/Postgraduate Study

Bradford welcomes applicants studying the Licenciado or Diploma de Estudos Superiores Especializados (DESE) to taught masters' programmes. Masters / Mestrado / Mestra students can be considered for PHD level study.

MBA

Candidates for Bradford's renowned MBA course will need to demonstrate that they have had significant managerial experience. Our regulations specify a minimum of three years of post graduation work experience. However, the mere fact that you have worked for three years since your graduation does not necessarily mean you have the level of managerial experience we require. The average length of work experience successful applicants have is between five and six years. MBA applicants will also be required to take an on-line Bradford Admissions Test.

Research

Students with more advanced qualifications and a well-thought out research proposal can be considered for MPhil / PhD level study.
