The University of Bradford is pleased to welcome applications from Malaysia. When you apply, we will consider your educational qualifications, your English Language level and, in some cases, your relevant work experience. Entry requirements will vary according to the course you are applying for, but we hope that the following information will be useful as a guide to our entry requirements.
The general entry requirement for the undergraduate studies is the STPM, Matriculation or an equivalent pre-university programme.
Bradford welcomes applicants with A-Levels/STPM. STPMs are considered as being equivalent to A levels.
College/Institute/HND students my be eligible for direct entry to the second year on to some degree programmes depending on the courses taken and the grades obtained.
Additionally, Bradford welcomes A-Level and IB students from International Schools.
NOTE: You can apply directly to Bradford through our overseas representatives in Malaysia. Alternatively, please visit our How to apply pages for further information.
Bradford provides a wide variety of course specific and English language Foundation Year Programmes, to enable you to enter the degree of your choice. These programmes may be suitable for students who have been out of education for a while or need a preparation/conversion year to gain entry to the bachelor degree of their choice.
Bradford considers students who have completed an undergraduate degree from a recognised university in Malaysia and meet the criteria for the appropriate course.
Candidates for Bradford's renowned MBA course will need to demonstrate that they have had significant managerial experience. Our regulations specify a minimum of three years of post graduation work experience, but please note that the mere fact that you have worked for three years since your graduation does not necessarily mean you have the level of managerial experience we require. The average length of work experience successful applicants have is between five and six years. MBA applicants will also be required to take an on-line Bradford Admissions Test.
Students with more advanced qualifications and a well-thought out research proposal can be considered for MPhil / PhD level study.
