The University of Bradford is pleased to welcome applications from Ghana. When you apply, we will consider your educational qualifications, your English Language level and, in some cases, your relevant work experience. Entry requirements will vary according to the course you are applying for, but we hope that the following information will be useful as a guide to our requirements.
Students must complete a recognised Foundation Programme after the Senior Secondary School Certificate (see Foundation Programmes, below) in order to be eligible to apply for a degree at Bachelor's/undergraduate level.
Alternatively, students must have completed at least one year of university study at a reputable university in Ghana at an approved level.
Bradford also welcomes A-level and IB students from international schools.
OND with minimum upper credit and HND lower/upper credit can also be accepted for entry to degree programmes. How to apply.
For entry to the Bradford's Foundation Year Programmes, students must have a Senior Secondary School Certificate average grade 1 - 6. Where courses have specific subject requirements (for example, Mathematics for Engineering) grades of 1 - 4 are required for these subjects. How to apply.
Bradford welcomes applicants for taught Master's degrees from students with a good university degree qualification from Ghana. The entry level is 2:1 or 2:2, depending upon the course applied for. Please note that HND cannot be accepted for entry to Master's degrees. How to apply.
Candidates for Bradford's renowned MBA course will need to demonstrate that they have had significant managerial experience. More information is available on the MBA website.
Students with more advanced qualifications and a well-thought out research proposal can be considered for MPhil / PhD level study.
