Shortlisting should be done by at least 2 people and recorded on the shortlist matrix below.
Once shortlisting has been done and the Interview Planning Form has also been completed (see below) HR will email all successful and non-successful candidates. Please ensure you keep a copy of the shortlisting feedback as we will direct all requests to you.
For internal only positions - please note the University does not accept applications from Agency Workers within the University who have less than 12 weeks service.
