  • Member of the Student Records Team, maintaining UGT and PGT records and fees for the School of Engineering, Design and Technology and Languages and European Studies.
  • This includes transcript generation, certificate print and re-print and communications with Local Authorities and the Student Loan Company.
  • Member of the Credit Control team, supporting the collection of student debt.
