Welcome to the tuition fees information for the University of Bradford. Here you will find the fees for our undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses.
A student who is applying for or studying a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Engineering or an Undergraduate Master programme.
A sandwich fee is charged to students who are on a thick sandwich course undertaking a placement year away from the University. Students who are on a thin sandwich course where there are two separate placements away from the University which together amount to a full year are charged the sandwich course fee on their second placement.
A student who has completed their first degree and is applying for or studying for a Master of Arts, Master of Science or Master of Research.
A research student is a student studying for an MPhil, PhD, Masters by Research or Professional Doctorate programme.
Extramural study is where students are based externally to the University of Bradford. Extramural registration entitles a student to one month at the University of Bradford and eleven months external to the University.
Professional doctorates are doctorates which are completed by those in a profession such as Management or Pharmacy. These doctorates are to help with professional development and may contain a taught element alongside the production of a theses. At the University of Bradford these are the DBA and DPharm programme.
A student who meets all the fee assessment criteria set out by the Government to be considered as a home fee paying student. Please see our fee assessment pages.
