The Examination Timetable outlines the examinations you are scheduled to sit, along with their particular locations and durations.
You must attend the examinations, and locations, that have been allocated to you. Please do not try to sit your examinations at locations/times that are different from those you have been allocated (unless outlined within the (Adjustments to the Timetable)
You must arrive at the examination location at least 15 minutes before the start of the exam. This is to ensure that the examination invigilators have enough time to seat all the candidates and begin the examination at the start time.
You must remember to bring your UofB ID card with you to all examinations. This will enable the examination invigilators to properly identify you.
Important: If you arrive at an examination after the start time you will not be allowed entry to sit the examination.
Please note that your examination timetable may change during the examination period. This is because the Examinations Office takes into account revised departmental requirements. Please check on a regular basis the Adjustments to the Timetable which highlights changes to the examination timetable.
Please note that any student who does not attend an examination for assessment and does not notify the University with good reason, and gain approval for this in advance, will be charged £100 for the re-instatement of their right to supplementary assessment.
Please do not contact staff in the Examinations Office if you have a query regarding your examination timetable. They will not be able to resolve your query. You should always contact your School Contact in the first instance.
