Major Capital and Maintenance Projects

This page is designed to keep staff and students informed about construction works affecting areas of our estate during the coming months. The University's capital investment in its estate is continuing with plans set out in the Estate Strategy 2004 - 2014. So far approximately £70m has been spent on the programme and the next two years will see the completion of the major structural changes to the University.
