Alison is the West Yorkshire Lifelong Learning Network Sector Officer for Health, Social Care and Early Years. Based within the Escalate Team at the University of Bradford, she coordinates the activities of the Sector Group which comprises of Higher Education Institutions, Further Education Colleges, Sector Skills Councils and employers across West Yorkshire. The main activities of the Sector Group are to identify employer training and development needs in terms of higher level skills and to respond by collaboratively developing appropriate curriculum and progression arrangements to support workforce development.
