Escalate Partnership

Escalate seeks to build sustainable partnerships with like-minded 'learning and developing' organisations that can bring an employer's expert perspective.  We will work with these organisations to:

1. identify and understand the training and workforce development needs of employers

2. identify priorities for development and action

3. monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the Escalate Programme

4. further the notion of 'learning and developing' organisations through demonstrable commitment to workforce development and the progression of individuals

5. act collectively and individually in an ambassadorial role for the District and the University in relation to higher level skills and workforce development

6. advise on and recommend specific projects and actions

7. establish and maintain links and relationships with other agencies and networks relevant to the higher level skills and workforce development agendas

8. contribute to the wider employer engagement and higher level skills agendas by engaging with policy debates and sharing experience and practice at local, regional and national levels
