Learning and Developing Organisations
Partners are sought who are dedicated to establishing the philosophy of a 'learning and developing organisation' through:
- commitment to enhancing workforce development and individual progression
- embedding a learning culture in the organisation, ie through professional development plans and annual reviews
- seeking to align training and development with organisational need
- being supportive of the concept of achievment as a vehicle to motivate staff
- flexible approaches to teaching and learning, from analysing skills needs through to planning, assessing and evaluating learning and progress
- contributing resources as appropriate to bespoke programmes. Contributions may be in the form of financial, technical expertise, location or delivery resources
- promoting and further developing this philosophy through active involvement with the Escalate Programme
