As Director, Celia is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Escalate Programme. She manages the team and the budget and ensures that the Programme is meeting its key milestones and targets. She takes particular responsibility for employer partnerships and external relationships such as with Confederation of British Industry, Yorkshire Forward, Higher Education Funding Council for England, West Yorkshire Lifelong Learning Network, Higher Education Academy and Bradford Employment and Skills Board. She has oversight across the University of higher level skills, foundation degrees and other provision developed or delivered either with or for employers.
