HE5P: Higher Education, Employer and Employee Engagement through E-Portfolio's

Escalate worked with the Centre for Recording Achievement (CRA) and thirteen other partners to develop a specification for an e-portfolio tool that will engage employers.

Each partner worked with a group of work-based learners using an e-portfolio as part of their academic programme.  By sharing the experiences of and feedback from these learners the project partners assisted the CRA in developing a set of essential criteria an e-portfolio tool should have to ensure employers can and want to engage with it.
