Registration and Event Bookings

How to Register

Students can now register for the Compact Scheme online using the link below.  Before you begin your application please download and read the registration instructions carefully.

Please note the deadline for Y13 students to register on the Compact Scheme is 31st March 2012.

The University of Bradford is currently experiencing difficulties communicating with Hotmail, MSN and Live e-mail accounts.  If you do not receive a response to your registration or event booking within 5 days please e-mail
compact@bradford.ac.uk or telephone 01274 233037.

How to Book a Compact Event

Group Bookings

If you have a group of students who would like to attend an activity, accompanied by a member of staff, then a group booking can be made on behalf of all students.  Students who attend as part of a group do not have to complete individual registration forms, but they may choose to do so in order to gain a Compact Student Card and receive invidations to future events.

Group bookings can be made by completing the Group Booking Form or e-mailing compact@bradford.ac.uk

Individual Bookings

Students who wish to make an individual booking to attend a Compact event must first register with the Compact Scheme (see above).  Bookings can then be made by completing the Online Booking Form or e-mailing compact@bradford.ac.uk  Please quote your full name and UB number in all correspondance.

Attendance and Cancellations

Attendance will be recorded at all Compact events.  If a student needs to cancel a booking they must contact compact@bradford.ac.uk or telephone 01274 233037 as soon as possible.  Students must give one week's notice that they are unable to attend an event or they may be liable to pay a cancellation fee.  Many events are over subscribed with waiting lists and timely cancellation allows places to be allocated to other students.

Code of Conduct

Any discipline issues will be reported to the school or college the student attends.  A copy of the Compact Scheme Code of Conduct is available below.
